Here at British Curlies we think the first step to understanding and achieving the best out of your curls is to simply first know your curl type. Are you a Type 2, Type 3 or Type 4? Just so you know Type 1 is straight hair which we know nothing about :o) Andre Walker, who has won numerous Emmys for his work on the Oprah Winfrey Show, has worked out this hair classification system.It has been accepted as the best hair classification system created to date.
