Thought I’d give this a whirl as an alternative to my trusty Faith in Nature Hemp and Meadowfoam (plus the bottle is bigger and it is much cheaper!).

Thicker than Faith in Nature, but then that wouldn’t be difficult as the FiN is very thin! I used about half as much as the FiN too, which is a big plus. Added quite a bit of water to emulsify and found that I got quite a ‘sudsy’, reasonably slippery feel - great! Upon rinsing, hair felt soft. Big pluses all round!  grin

One downside for me - a lot of my stylers have a ‘coconutty’ smell and I’m finding it a little too sweet and sickly now sick

Edit: Superdrug - £1.99 for 500ml

I much prefer a ‘frutier’ smell to both coconut and cocoa butter. The Darcy’s Peach Kernal has a great smell but didn’t work on my hair. My hair just likes buttery, coconutty, creamy things so I’ll just have to put up with the smell!

I’m in the westend on Thursday, and I know there’s a big superdrug by Oxford St.  Have nearly run out of all co-wash conditioners, and might have to try this!

You can also get it from BodyCare if you have one near you, for about £1.49.

I always look at this conditioner when I go in Superdrugs and boots and I picked it up once and put it back but I think I will try this as my next co wash conditioner,I also don’t like the smell of cocoa butter products.

I think there are around 120 stores in the UK (I believe all of them are north of Watford!). They don’t have a website so can’t check mad

Thanks for the info CrystalTips,

Looks like there’s no BodyCare near me then, but I’m always in the westend, so I’ll just go to the Superdrug there.

I don’t have a savers near me either, lol :( but I saw that you wrote that you can get it from Boots, and there’s one local to me. Might have to try a bigger Boots, because I don’t think my local one stocks it.
