I have apologised to Ese via hotmail as she was able to prove that the items were genuine and ordered from KBB.  My money was refunded immediately she found out.

Now I’d like the ground to open up and swallow me!  I hope she can somehow be reinstated on this site.

Sincere apologies for the misunderstanding.  sick

Who would have thought it?  Anyway, I’ll have my wits about me in future.  Having just purchased 2 x 4oz Luscious Hair Masks from ese on Friday - received them on Saturday and thought it odd that the packaging looked dated.  Opened one of them up to find there was little to no scent, but worst of all - typos on the labelling and no instructions on how to use.

I find it hard to believe this is the real thing.  Having checked the KBB website they do not do the luscious mask in a 4oz tub - OK things could’ve changed, but if thats the case, how old is this stuff I bought?  As for the labelling - nothing at all like on the website.

I despise thieves and fraudsters.  angry

Thank you for this the offender will be banned right now. It is essential for all members to report any under hand behaviour to me immediately and to be equally aware that the Curl Forum is moderated but you are ultimately responsible for who you choose to conduct business with in the swap board.

I’m afraid I also get ripped… I bought the Hair milk, nectar and one of the Deep Treatment confused
I should have been more suspicious as Ese registered the same day she puts the KBB products into the swap board!

Carmen, does the products look weird or out-of-date? Have you tried them?

When you said that there is typos on the labelling, does it means that there is some mistakes in the label (sorry, english is not my mother tongue…)?

Thanks

I recommend that anyone who bought from ese88 to report to their card companies or Paypal immediately so that they can do something about this individual. mad

You too huh.  The labelling definitely looks out of date.  The minute I took it out of the envelope I was suspicious.  I havent tried it (purely because I didnt have time).  I placed a little of the mask on my hand today but it just didnt seem right for a conditioner - and I’m no expert.  OK it was creamyish but I swear its just some plain old lotion and not a hair conditioner.  And normally when you buy products they tell you how to use it, there was nothing about nothing.  Again, not right, especially if you’re marketing the product - people need to know what to do - even if it might seem obvious.

Yes - typos means that something wasnt spelled correctly.  Aromatherapy was spelt “Aromatheraphy”.

I paid yesterday through Paypal so I guess the transaction is already completed.

Does the Paypal service told you that it’s possible to delete the transaction or something like that?

Thank you Carmengirl for the apology & for clearing everything up.
zanella pls don’t be worried, all the items came from kbb & the products you ordered have very strong. lovely scents.
Carmengirl you are right they don’t sell 4oz bottles of the ll mask, but in the link i gave you, you’ll see i ordered 8oz but i guess they ran out of 8oz bottles. Same thing with the deep conditioner i actually ordered 16oz but they sent me two 8oz bottles.
I think the pictures they use on the site look nicer that the actual product they send out because those were the pictures i saw when i ordered too.
