I love this site…thank god I found it when I did as I think I would’ve gone back to the straighteners without it. My hair is much more healthier, and my purse is actually heavier (at the moment anyway…I’ve not let myself look at the emporium).

I love this idea!

This site has saved me mucho expense in attempting to get so called ‘Holy Grail’ products over from the U.S that ultimately failed - helped me to find products in the UK, as well as other naturals *waves*
It’s also sooo useful concerning the weather - it’s far more extreme in the US and weather affects the way products work.

It’s encouraged me to actually keep a record of what I’m doing/have done to my hair and what has worked - and what *REALLY* hasn’t, as well as finding out what works for other curlies. I have much appreciation for the sharing.

It has fed my product junkie-ism… (this is your opinion as to whether this is a plus or not…)

When we’re not chatting about hair, then it’s nice just to discuss other things because the curly ladies here are so inherently lovely - it’s amazing.

Basically, it’s nice to know I am not the only one in Britain who has the issues concerning my hair that I do!

awww lovely comments ladies, wish i could say the same that my purse was still heavy, mines so light now i have trouble finding dust in there nevermind money! lmao!

@angelsista i so agree that the weather makes a difference, and being in between classifications (3c/4a) makes things difficult and this site is great at trying to generalise things and specify where necessary, great balance.

more comments ladies!!!

I think this site is wonderful.  It has provided so much information on how to take care of your curls.  My daughter’s hair is looking so much better now that I am using products meant for curly hair.  Where ever I am people keep commenting on how lovely her hair is.  A lot of moms have also asked what I use in her hair to which I keep on responding britishcurlies.com, the hair care that is recommended is brilliant, but that they must have a look.  Thanks to all you curlies for being so helpful.  Happy birthday Britishcurlies smile
