Hi,

I wasn’t sure where to put this post so I hope here is the right place!
I wanted to put in a review of BigGreenSmile.com as I have just had the best customer service ever!

They sell loads of “green” products not just for hair.
So far for my hair I have tried from them Jason and Lavera and about to try Organic Surge.
So I’ll start with the bad and then go to the good points.

Bad:
The ingredients have turned out differently from listed twice (please read on to good though)
The postage is a little pricey (price goes up depending on weight which is fair enough I suppose!)
Needs a bit more selection of products

Good:
Free delivery over £50
Different products to try, some sourced from America etc
Ingredients are all listed
Lots of offers
and the main point:

The first time I ordered I got an Avalon condish which when it arrived had cones! Even though the website had no cones in the ingredients list. I emailed complaining, got a refund and a £5 voucher!
So I spent my £5 on a new shampoo which also had cones as before! Complained again and got a free Shampoo and Condish of my choice, no need to return the last product! The guy was really friendly and replied straight away.

So I thought they deserved some recommendations from me grin

Signature

Washing: Experimenting with everything and anything!
Styling: some conditioner as a leave in then gel
