I’ve always had straight hair till i had my last child almost 8 years ago and now its got a wavy 2b?? style.

Having fought it and used straighteners since then i now want to embrace the wave but if i let it dry naturally it looks like a triangle frizz :-(

I do home colour my hair and it probably isnt in the best condition

I have just order some samples of tigi curlesque shampoo etc to try but am looking for loads of adviice

Hi wannabewavy and welcome to British Curlies smile Think it would be good idea to start here http://www.britishcurlies.co.uk/curl_forum/viewforum/29/ and have a read through the various threads.  Also looking at texture and porosity will help you in deciding what products to use.  If you have a diffuser you could try that for drying your hair (not till its totally dry but maybe 75% dry) and also scrunching in your styling products will help to encourage your waves/curls.

It’s like a chemistry degree, isn’t it, Wannabe?  I really sympathise.

Can you put up some photos of your hair when you let it dry wavy, and we could perhaps make suggestions?
