I made an order from BGLH shop and nothing was out of stock when I ordered. They were doing a 15% sale on all Darcy’s products, so that combined with ok-ish shipping meant I had to go for it! I turns out 15% isn’t really THAT much of a discount if you really think about it (I think I saved about £4 - the Darcy items were already more than £3 cheaper each than in the Emporium though) but I’ve followed her blog for ages and I wanted to support her. Also, I wanted to try Juices and Berries and I wanted one of the bracelets. Including shipping, it came to £38. Alas, I was hit by custom charges of £12-something.  downer So, I’ve paid £50 for 3 hair products and a bracelet! Yikes! ohh Don’t tell my daddy please!
The Post office card came just under 3 weeks after ordering (it was hidden under the welcome mat! Lucky I saw it!), so I paid customs online and am waiting for re-delivery.
I would have been ECSTATIC if I avoided customs charges, but I think I’m going to have to stop ordering things from the US. I’ve never been lucky with customs and I’ve even had to pay the couple of times I’ve won 1 item!  mad

Have you looked at the prices on the nexrastore recently?  http://www.nexrastore.com/shop/shop-by-brand/oyin-handmade.html I can’t see anything that is £23? Maybe I’m missing something confused

Wasn’t British Curlies recently taken down a peg or two by 3 or 4 customers in this forum for selling most of it’s leading brands (Kinky Curly, Miss Jessies, Komaza Care) at really high prices? The thread has now *mysteriously* disappeared. I had mentioned to my friend at work and she couldn’t find it.

Hi blackadread19 and welcome - no it hasn’t mysteriously disappeared - it was closed because the subject of the thread was Oyin and not prices.  Curlies have a choice where to buy they don’t have to buy from BC.
