So Boots Essential Gel is CG friendly? I have been trying to find an ingredient list for it but couldn’t find one - have people had good experiences with this gel? So it never gives build up or flakiness and is completely water soluble? Why do people rave about it less than Boots Essential Curl Creme?

Signature

Bi Weekly Low Poo - Naked - Naked Shine Honey and Mallow
Deep Condition - personal mixture : Tresseme Naturals almond, jojoba, argan, macadamia, peach kernal, castor, avacodo oil(steam)
Low-poo after DC KC knot Today

STYLERS: Leave in a tiny bit of conditioner
KCCC can get 6 day hair with this product - I’m in love!

Yep Boots Gel is CG! I use it and it works quite well. As long as you don’t use too much it shouldn’t build up and washes out fine with a co-wash. Certainly a good buy for the price! I think people rave about it less than the creme because its just a bog standard gel. Its not absolutely amazing results but its definately not bad either! Personally I use both the gel and the creme together! smile

Hair is: 3a/3b with a couple of random 2s in there! Medium to coarse, fairly thick, shoulder length

Hair loves: Denman D3, Boots Pink, Honey, Air-drying

Hair hates: Straightening (and tries its best to rebel!), Scottish weather, Product Overload

Hair would like to be: lighter, smoother, softer, shinier! smile

Hi there,

Does anyone know if the Boots Ingredients ‘Camomile and Lemon Balm’ intensive hair mask is also CG? I’m new to this and finding it a bit tricky to work out and I see that some of their other hair masks are on the list but not this one? Any ideas?

Thanks!
