For a long time now I’ve had shoulder length curly hair with layers.  My layers had started to look like ridges or ‘ear muffs!’ with thin scraggly bits dangling underneath, so I asked my hair dresser to cut more, different length layers, only now I have quite short layers which just want to stick straight outwards!!!!!  I like having lots of volume in my hair, would it look wrong curly without any layers at all?

What style should I be asking for in future???
