I bought these two items recently just before I decided to go CG and although I know the shampoo is sulphate free I’m not sure about the saintly properties in the TIGI Foxy Curls conditioner. The smell of this range is obscenely divine, just like skittles and it seems such a shame to be not able to use them - but if the conditioner is non CG I’m ready to give it the boot. Please advise

KCCC can get 6 day hair with this product - I’m in love!

I had a look for the ingredients on line and I think it contains Dimethicone - have a look at your bottle and if it does have this in the list then it wouldn’t be CG and you’d need to use a shampoo containing cocamidopropyl betaine or cocobetaine to remove the Dimethicone. Hope this helps -  grin

I hear so much about these kerastase products being the best you can buy but they are so expensive!..have any of you tried any and do you know if they are CG

I was thinking if I was ever to buy anything from this brand it would be the hair mask as its suposed to be amazing

Thanks

Yes i have tried the Oleo-curl range (I think it was called that) - although OK I thought Definitely not worth the large price tag - have found much cheaper products which work better - i did try the hair mask and again it was OK - from memory I think it had an a/cone which means you would have to low-poo (I used it before I was CG)

Signature

thick dry 3c/3b curly
Co wash - anything cheap! Currently Tresemme Naturals
rinse out - AOHR, AOGPB, Fructis Repair and Shine
leave in/stylers - lustrasilk shea & mango, Fructis Repair & Shine, (in rotation) Pink Boots, curl friends scrunching jelly mixed with monoi oil

They aren’t CG but they are pretty good, but I don’t think they’re great on curls as they’re really synthetic and contain sulphates and ‘cones.
