Is this one CG friendly? I was looking into it for proteins benefits:

I think Ive read this conditioner is CG,hopefully someone will confirm.
Sure has alot of protein,so you picked a great one for that…lol.

Looks CG friendly to me.  The amino acids and proteins are quite high on the ingredients list as well, should be good if you like protein.

Is that the blue bottle, tigi catwalk?  I used to use that years ago, before I even went curly!  As I remember its quite nice, slightly odd smell but then I’m not too fond of honey.

Me too tallGirl ! In fact I used it as well b4 I went into GC   and smelled like cookies and bisquits! At the time I used it after my daily swimming and i felt like I out on 100000 calories after my work out lol, so I discoutinued .
I was basically looking into some like MOP Protein Conditioner, Aubrey Jojoba and Aloe, TiGi Honey and Oatmeal and browsing through this shop Curlies Emporium for some inspiration

can anyone tell me please if the Inecto pure coconut oil shampoo counts as a Low Poo?  The only ingredients that I can find just sayd 100% pure coconut oil but sure there must be something else in it!

I saw the alberto balsam gel in LLoyds and just wondered if it is ok.

Yeah I’m delighted with the way the CG method is working so far. I’m the only curly in my family and have never had any friends with hair like mine, so I’ve always felt a bit like a hair weirdo!
I’ve decided to finally stop fighting with my hair (its taken 20 years!) and I am embracing the fact that curly stands out amongst all the highlighted, GHD clones!

Loving the forums and reading all the advice, I’m sure i’ll be back again and again. I’m just so grateful that I found something so simple could make such a difference.

As far as what is in (and as far as I can see) it looks cg but the bolded things could cause build up in some people if used all the time and you would maybe need to low poo to remove as co wash may not remove.

Hi I’d like to know if this curl refresher spray is CG - is there anything that won’t be able to be co-washed out. I know the alcohols and things will be drying, but my hair actually really likes it, I didn’t use it too often but would like to use again.

Alcohol denat., aqua, glycerin, PVP/VA copolymer, propylene glycol, dipropylene glycol, c12-15 alkyl benzoate, parfum, polyquaternium-11, courmarin, butylphenyl methylpropional, alpha-isomethyl ionone, linalool.

Just realised we mentions the butylphenyl methylpropional in chemistry today…from what I remember I think that’s one of the ingredients which gives the spray its fruity smell.

Lookgs CG friendly to me, no ‘cones that i can identify!  Which brand is it?
