Hi Everyone,
have been lurking around the forum for some time getting lots of useful advice and tips. Not to mention some great products to use on my very thick/coarse 3b/c hair. For the first time in my life I can say I love my curly hair and have given away my straighteners. I have even been passing on the curly girl philosphy wherever & whenever the opportunity arises.

I am an Aussie and after 9 years in the UK am moving back home. I have looked on the web to see if there is any british curlies type australian website but alas there does not seem to be. I will be living around the Gold Coast area and am keen to find a good hairdresser and to find out what CG friendly products are easy to get that work in a hot humid climate.

Any help would be most appreciated.

Use natural, organic products and any Aboringines hair products… Some Aboringines seem to have curly hair.  Not sure about hairdresser because I never had much luck with them in a hot humid climate or a wet cold one. HTH.

I am Australian and have lived in the UK and Gold coast and now arrived back to London from the Gold coast…

David Babaii’s hydrating conditioner is great on curly hair and is all natural (no parabans, sulphates etc) and smells amazing! I had to order it online here as I can’t find suppliers in the UK!

Also Revitafoam is a great conditioning leave in mousse that you can get from Jon le Court hair salons.

Enjoy the sunshine back in oz!
