Hi the batiste dry shampoo is fine - also the naked brand of hairspray is ok (but hairsprays can be drying so just watch out for that) Also, please do not worry about doing an occasional low poo shampoo on your hair - depending on your hair type and how it reacts you may need it.  Try and look at cg as more about finding things that work for you and learning what you hair needs and wants.  Normal shampoo is drying if used constantly but again, once is a while I would say is not that bad.  - Oh and welcome
