Someone on NC.com (can’t remember who gulp ) mentioned a british website with organic products for curls - ironsunorganics.co.uk. I checked it out and they have a good range but I couldn’t pull up any ingredients to look for protein. Anyway, I contacted them with my dilemma and the lovely lady, Olayinka, emailed me back. She has now organised the products with low or no protein in a separate category with the full list of ingredients! What a lovely lady she is! Will definitely try something from this website - everything looks very good.  grin

I think you need a bit more moisture and I think that oils can actually be drying as they can seal moisture out. Have you tried a deep moisture treatment?

Basically a deep conditioning masque lol it will help repair your hair and help it become more stretchy and less fragile.

Maybe what you should do is make sure you wash your scalp thorougly after a co-wash with cool water and make sure you don’t get any of your stylers on your scalp?

Hi Lyn - I started this forum so long ago I’d forgotten about it! I must try and add to the list. You might find the following forum on low poos and CG friendly conditioners and stylers more helpful: http://www.britishcurlies.co.uk/curl_forum/viewthread/215/
