i love the stuff, like mich says, is a bit thick so had to wet hands and then put in small amounts, but in all , looks like my hair likes the stuff….will definately use again and again and again again again….....

Actually - hair held up OK today - it didn’t rain here, which helped, but it was windy! I’d say it gave me medium hold - curls have dropped a little but they are still there and the frizz is minimal! I will keep using and see how it goes! The thing I did love was the super quick drying time - worth future testing just for that alone!

Unfortunately, this did not go great for me. Tried it for three days running…

Day 1 on top of boots curl cream - no frizz but lack of definition and droopy curls.

Day 2 on its own - again no frizz but even droopier curls, didn’t feel like I had put in a styling product. By the end of the day had no hold whatsoever.

Day 3 on its own again but this time used a little more and low poo in case of product build up. - again no frizz and droopy curls.

Just not my product I’m afraid but if anyone can see a glaring ‘no no’ in the method please let me know. The UG curl jelly just holds better for me and doesn’t feel heavy.

PJ must NOT give in. You will RESIST buying anything else this week. It’s only Monday and you’ve parcels on the way from Akamuti and Anita Grant. You will NOT go to Tesco even if it is on offer.

I bought this today (on offer in Tesco at the moment - 2 for £4).

It’s got a lovely fruity smell, with zero crunch - quite impressed.

It’ll be interesting to see how my hair turns out tomorrow!

Thank god there is no way I can get to a Sainsburys…I have two gels that I’m rotating between and I do NOT need another.

I’m really trying hard to convince myself here…its not working particularly well. Think its time to hand over my money to someone to keep it safe (I HAVE to start saving now - I have to pay for driving lessons later this year).

Bad news, I reckon I’m now a PJ….I bought it yesterday.
AND I’m already planning about getting another curl creme on my next shop, as well as making FSG sometime.

I tried this tonight for the first time, I am still plopping so don’t know the results yet…and I want to try it a few times before I post a proper review (but if you want my first thoughts on it, I’ve literally just written them in my diary).

Ok, just went into Asda to see if I could pick up some Tara Smith Gel - which they never had, I can only ever find the shampoo/con/serum…..Tesco’s don’t seem to sell it either! I give up with that one!

Anyway, I ended up picking up a tube of GF Endurance with Bamboo Extract. Has anyone tried this?

I’ve got the regular one, as listed in the topic title - but this one (other than a different smell -apples!) this appears to have a slightly thinner consistency, which I prefer as the other one is quite hard work getting through my hair.

I have yet to test it, but just wondered if anybody has already road tested it and noticed any difference?

Currently in Asda for £2.00….thanks!

Not seen this gel, Curly Lox. Did you check that it’s definitely CG friendly. I know that one of the GF gels isn’t.

Yep this one is CG friendly.

I know the invisible gel one isn’t though.

I’d like to try it but I have very brittle and prone to breakage hair. Is there any issues of that kind with it?

I don’t find it dries my hair out, its less drying than the umberto giannini jelly.
