I keep getting asked if I am worried I might one day have ginger kids!!! Sadly the odds are against me on that one as husband probably doesn’t carry the gene…! There’s lots of odd queries on the Internet about expectant mums worried they might have a ginger, nice to see their childs health is top of their concerns!!!

You never know about having ginger kids.  Genes are sneaky things!  I am an olive skinned Hispanic and English hubby is what I call “blond-as-a child-brunette adult”, and our baby has medium blond-reddish hair.  In the sunlight he passes as a light ginger. wow. How did that happen?

And no, it wasn’t the milkman’s fault LOL

I’m a red head and now quite proud. I used to hate it as I used to get called basil brush as a child- that was partly due to the dry brushing as well. ha
I don’t understand why people are so anti-ginger. It annoys me sometimes when they say ooh I hope my children aren’t ginger. I can take it as a joke sometimes but some people are really serious.
I’m hoping any kids I have are ginger but my OH is half Jamaican so it’s doubtful, but hopefully they’ll have a good head of curly hair!

Im a fake red. Very envious of the natural reds as the hair colour is very hard to replicate. Not doing bad at the moment. Ive achieved a nice dark auburn colour. Shame about the fading ...
