Shipping & Returns

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price we do not offer refunds on the shipping costs. No refunds are given for the Bone Combs, Tangle Teezers, Curl Cloths, Silkskin Pillowcases,Andrea's Beau hair accessories, Roller Jaw Clamps, Hot Sock or the Curlease Towels due to the hygenic nature of these products.We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. We suggest when returning items you obtain a proof of posting.

You are expected to take reasonable care of the item you wish to return and we reserve the right to make an appropriate deduction from the purchase price where goods are not returned in the condition in which you received them.

When organising a return, we strongly advise you to return goods via a fully insured courier or recorded delivery so that you have a proof of delivery back to us. The cost of the product is refunded and not the delivery charge. 

 

 

Under the Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your purchase of an item from the date the contract is concluded (i.e. the date we send our Order Confirmation email) until the expiry of a period of seven working days, beginning the day after the day on which your received the item. Cancellation is only deemed served on BritishCurlies if sent by email or letter. Telephone cancellations cannot be accepted. Your right to cancel does not apply to items that have been opened and used and under no circumstances will incomplete, damaged, worn or soiled items be refunded or exchanged.

As stated above notification of cancellation must be in writing, a telephone call is not a valid cancellation.

This is an additional right and does not affect your statutory right to reject faulty goods.

We ship to UK, European destinations and some destinations outside of Europe. For a complete list of these destinations please refer to our Delivery Times and Charges page. We do not ship to North America or Africa.
