Couriers 1-2 Working Days UK Orders shipped by Courier up to 4000g: £6.99 4001g - 8000g: £13.98 Once you place your order we cannot add to your order so take your time and consider your needs BEFORE going through checkout. Please use the shipping calculator at checkout for heavier items. Shipping charges are based both on item weight and dimension. A signature is required please use a work address if possible,courier deliveries are Monday - Friday. Once your item is shipped your tracking number will show next to your order in your account. If you have not received your courier shipped order please ring us on 01628 627 888. For items shipped by Royal Mail please allow 3-5 working days. All orders placed Mon – Fri by 12:00 noon will be dispatched the same day*. Most orders will arrive the following day or the day after for remote locations.Orders dispatched on a Friday will arrive on Monday. You will receive an email stating that your order has been shipped when we dispatch your order. Please monitor your emails and junk mail. If our couriers are unable to deliver to your area for any reason we will ship your items by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery. Items ordered over a Bank Holidays will be dispatched the next working day. If you for any reason require your tracking number simply log into your store account. UK destinations include: Northern Ireland. Isle of Man Orders, BFPO, Inverness Postcodes will be shipped by Royal Mail.

Delivery overseas is usually within 3-4 days shipped by Royal Mail Airsure. We aim to despatch all orders as quickly as possible. Please ensure someone is available to sign for your delivery. An email is sent alerting you when your order has been shipped. Royal Mail will leave a card which you can take to your local post office to collect your parcel should you not be available when they deliver. If your curly products are returned back to britishcurlies.co.uk due to non-delivery, incorrect address, no one available to sign for and/or collect your curly products *you will incur re-delivery charge(s)* Refunds *will not* be issued for goods that have been shipped and returned back to British Curlies due to non-delivery, incorrect address, no one available to sign for and/or to collect your curly products. Reasonable allowance should be made for orders made over the weekend and at National Holidays.
