Free Royal Mail Recorded shipping is offered on orders over £50 to all UK Mainland customers.

Couriers 1-2 Working Days - No Weekend or Bank Holiday Deliveries

UK Orders shipped by Courier - Signature Required on Delivery. Please use a

work address if possible.

Once you place your order we cannot add to your order so take your time and consider your needs BEFORE going through checkout.

Shipping charges are based both on item weight, dimension and packaging.

Once your item is shipped your tracking number will show next to your order in your account.

For items shipped by Royal Mail please allow 3-5 working days.

All courier orders placed Mon – Fri by 12:00 noon will be dispatched the same day*. Most orders will arrive the following day or the day after for remote locations.Orders dispatched on a Friday will arrive on Monday.

You will receive an email stating that your order has been shipped when we dispatch your order. Please monitor your emails and junk mail.

If our couriers are unable to deliver to your area for any reason we will ship your items by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery.

Items ordered over a Bank Holidays will be dispatched the next working day.

If you for any reason require your tracking number simply log into your store account.

UK destinations include: Northern Ireland.

Isle of Man Orders, BFPO, Inverness Postcodes will be shipped by Royal Mail.

Europe

All Items shipped Royal Mail Airsure Track & Trace to most European Destinations. You can log into your store account to see your Tracking Number once items have been shipped. Simply visit Royal Mails website to track your goodies!

Curlies Outside of EU will enjoy VAT Free Shopping with Us! VAT will automatically be removed once you confirm your shipping address.

Delivery Times

Within the UK usually 1-2 working days for courier deliveries (excluding weekends) and 3-5 working days with Royal Mail.

Delivery overseas is usually within 3-4 days shipped by Royal Mail Airsure.

We aim to despatch all orders as quickly as possible. Please ensure someone is available to sign for your delivery. An email is sent alerting you when your order has been shipped.

Royal Mail will leave a card which you can take to your local post office to collect your parcel should you not be available when they deliver.

If your curly products are returned back to britishcurlies.co.uk due to non-delivery, incorrect address, no one available to sign for and/or collect your curly products *you will incur re-delivery charge(s)*

Refunds *will not* be issued for goods that have been shipped and returned back to British Curlies due to non-delivery, incorrect address, no one available to sign for and/or to collect your curly products.

Reasonable allowance should be made for orders made over the weekend and at National Holidays. We do our best to deliver within 30 days of the date of your order but shall not be liable for loss occasioned by delay in delivery arising out of any cause beyond our control.
