Worse than useless

The first time I used this, I opened it to put it in my hair and the very flimsy plastic joint just snapped, leaving it useless, I could understand if I'd opened it fully or treated it roughly, but I have used this type of hair accessory before and had no problems, not worth sending it back due to the low price
