Loading... Please wait...This is the most amazing curl product ever! Created by the beautiful Zenda Sims from America this is a must have for any girl with curly hair. No matter what your curl type you will never want to be without it! The patent pending design has been tested, tweaked and tested again to create the perfect curl solution for curly girls everywhere.
This ultra thin, extremely absorbant towel dries your hair in a fraction of the time it takes for your hair to air dry or blow dry. Curl-ease wicks water from your hair while leaving enough moisture to set perfectly formed curls. The towel is light weight user friendly and most importantly effective.
After you shower squeeze excess water out of your hair – do this by cupping your hair at the bottom and squeezing upward (not grabbing it like a ponytail and squeezing your hair down) (you can choose to put product in at this point or after you take the towel off – I would try it both ways because different people have different results), bend forward and drop your head down. Shake your head to loosen your curls so your hair is not in just one big clump.
Hold the towel with the seam side facing you – your left hand will be holding onto one corner of the towel while the right hand will be at approximately the middle of the towel. Take the towel and place it along the back of your head while holding the towel taut. Bring the side you are holding in your left hand up around the front of your head – it should reach either the middle or towards the right side. Hold this tightly while you start to bring your right hand (still holding the middle of the towel) over to the left side of your head. Now you will begin to wrap the towel around your head as many times as it will go - usually 1-3 times. When you run out of towel, (at this point, the parts of the towel close to your head and hanging down should be getting softer and wetter due to the water in your hair) simply twist the towel that is hanging down and it will tighten around your head. Once you’ve gotten this far, you are almost home free! Next, take the loose end and create a “bun” on the top of your head and from there you can tuck that loose end into the bun. Think of when you watch tv shows and you see the woman trying to balance a terry cloth towel on her head – it’s that same motion of tightening this against your scalp to hold your hair in it. It’s just easier to manipulate it into a “bun” or something that will stay put unlike a terry cloth towel. Instead of the bun, you can also tuck the end of the towel into the wrapped part on the back of your head.
Lay your Curl-ease Towel down on the bed or a chair. Lean over, bending at the waist and position your wet hair so that your curls/hair are pretty much at the top of your head and in the center of the towel. Pull the towel tight against the top and sides of the head and grab the two sides and twist them into long rolls by each ear. Take these rolls and pull them to the back of your head, towards the nape of your neck and tie the sides together or use a clip or ponytail holder if that’s easier.
With both methods you can then take the towel off and shake your hair. If you need a little bit more gel or styling product, you can scrunch your hair with a bit more at this time…
Curl-ease wraps around your head and tucks into itself. It's now possible to get dressed, make breakfast and put on your face while your hair dries naturally! Washing your hair no longer becomes a chore - doing the school run with dripping wet hair a thing of the past, you will have to start thinking of new excuses to skip the gym!
Best of all it is 100% Cotton.

I have shoulder length hair, and use this towel to scrunch dry after applying product. I love it! My curls are now frizz free, and perfect ringlets:-) Yes the towel is large, but it absorbs so much moisture, you do need to rotate it a lot while drying.

I bought this towel pretty much as soon as I started the CG method in Dec and it has proved invaluable.
It seems to set my hair and defines my curls into gorgeous ringlets.
I wouldnt be without it! Just love it!

After reading the reviews here, I decided to spend £20 on this hair towel. When it arrived, I was shocked to find it was in fact a large tea towel! Why would this cost so much money? I thought. Putting my criticisms aside, I tried both Method 1 and Method 2. I still can't do Method 2 as it always comes undone. Unfortunately, my hair is very long - waist length - so after 30 minutes my hair is still wet with no obvious curl definition. I don't have this problem with my turban towel - my hair starts to dry after 20 minutes.
My hair is slightly more curly now, but this is due to scrunching my hair to get rid of moisture rather than twisting it straight as advised above. (I've tested the method with my turban towel and my curl-ease towel and always get identical results).
I would be interested to know, therefore, which type of curl people have. I have loose Mediterranean curls. My hair is fine, but thick.

This towel actually both looks and feels like a kitchen-towel, 100% cotton. I have a lot of them at home, but never thought of using them for my hair.
What is great about this one is that it is much bigger and I can comfortly wram my long hair around it. I also have to give credit for this idea, cause it works extremely well! My curls keep their shape and keep together after using this towel, and that is exactly what I want! (Just remember to not 'destry' your shaped curles when applying products later on. Just scrunch it in without dividing the texture of your hair.) Now when I have tried this towel, I will cetrainly not go back to the ordinary ones...
But the reason why it doesn't get 5 stars, although I am very satisfied with the results, is because you could actually have used a big old t-shirt or anything else that is 100% cotton and be just as satisfied (I tried, so now I know).

i bought this a few years ago, before my clash of the titans with a hairstylist who left me with breaking hair sparse patches... still too painful! this product really works, i have thick afro european hair which i texturise, after rinsing or no pooing shampooing etc, i apply my products wrap this rather large towel around my hair and remove half an hour later, still have wet hair, but beautifully shaped curls, i have also used it in conjunction with a microfibre hair towel to remove the bulk of water, then product, then towel as before.IT WORKS was without it for a week and noticed an astonishing difference in the management of my hair.glad to have refound it and can use when refreshing hair too, little shot of water apply product use towel.really does ease those curls worth the price too.

I absolutely love this towel and couldn't be without it now. I don't wrap it around my head, but I use it to scrunch my wet hair with (after applying styling products). It's fairly big so I can rotate it around.

This towel was much larger than I was expecting, but I'd rather have too much cloth than too little! I apply all my products to soaking wet hair then use method 2 (sometimes referred to as plopping or plunking)and leave for about 30 mins. During that time I can get dressed, have breakfast etc and not disturb my curls. Once it's time to remove the towel, I gently shake out my curls and leave them to dry the rest of the way naturally. This towel has really cut down on drying time, so much so that I don't need to use a diffuser. It has made my hair shiner, bouncier and more defined as a result. A fabulous product!

It's not how i thought it would be but now that i am getting used to the curl-ease towel. I imagined that my hair would be totally dry when it came out of the wrap but I realise now that it's meant to be slightly damp but what happens is that the curls are being 'trained' into being unfrizzy and outside influences of sun, heat etc are not being allowed to affect my hair. It is important, though, to make sure that you put your products (eg leave-in conditioner) evenly through your hair.
