I have type 2 hair and this shampoo was awful, think it would be better used to wash dishes! it left my hair squeaky and feeling like all the natural oils had been stripped out of it. not nice, it claims to be sulphate free and thus gentle, I have used shampoo's containing SLS's that have been gentler than this. would not use this again, i think if i used this on a regular basis my hair would become straw like very quickly. as for being suitable for dry frizy hair I would say it's more likely to make my hair that way. was also not impressed by the appearance and fragrane either.sorry but my search for a good cleanser continues

Lovely smell, nice consistency, lathers nicely and cleans my hair without stripping it. It also leaves my hair feeling lightly moisturised and shiny. It's gentle enough to use everyday for me (type 3b fine hair).

I would buy this again. It seems less drying than, for instance, Come Clean, and is really nice. It's scented with All Spice, so has a lovely cinnamony scent which is not overpowering at all.
