I have 4a/b type hair. I have been using this product for about 3 months now. I am also transitioning, Iam at the point now where almost all the relaxer hair has now gone.
It has now become increasingly harder and harder to get tight bouncy curls maintable. Because the nat hair is proving harder and harder to hold curls.
Even if it does curl, it dont last the whole day.So regretfully that doesnt say alot for this product after all. It is also makes hair really dry.
If more of my relaxing hair was around the curl would be undoubtly better. So regretfully my views have changed on this product. i will still use this product now and again, because it does sustain curls

Its a good product I would defiantly buy it again, I have type 4 hair worked perfectly on my hair. Only foul is that it leave my hair dry so I had to use a moisturizer.
I don't know whether that is because I didn’t used the whole line of miss Jessie products or because I have to used the MJ shampoo & conditioner with the curly meringue to get the extra moisture. But it’s a good product it smells nice I will be trying more of Miss Jessie range.

This works well when I wear my hair twisted and leaves a nice curl at the ends of my twists. Did leave my hair a bit dry so I definately needed to use a moisturiser with this product but happy with the results.

First off, I have 3C/4A type hair and my hair loves this product. So far its the only curl creme that defines and moisturises my curls while leaving it touchably soft. The reason I gave it 4 stars as oppose to 5 was simply the price tag.
I use Curly Meringue when I want wash n go hair and it never disappoints.

This product works well for a braid-out on relaxed hair.
It defines the 'curls' in the braid-out very well. When the braids are taken down, the 'curls' feel crunchy and just a bit dry.
Follow up by scrunching with Miss Jessie's baby butter cream - this relaxes the 'curl' a bit and gives it shine and softness.
For a fierce braid out :I woud recommend the Meringue to set damp relaxed hair, and then use the baby butter creme to scruch through when you take it down and arrange the curls to get it to look really good - especially on the ends.
The products are scented, pleasant, but a bit strong to start of with but they fade away.
Only disdavantage is the product residue left on my front hair line. Not if its from the Meringue or from the Baby butter creme.

This worked well on my fine 3C hair. My curls are soft, shinny and defined, theres no greasyness, and I noticed less shrinkage plus the scent was very nice. Thumbs up from me!

this styling product is like a nice "shake" that moisturizes and styles your hair nicely. tried it on my daughter's 4b hair and it made it soft and added sheen.
works great on twists!
