  1. super soft curls

I use it after I have scrunched my curls dry with a gel. You only need a small amount and it gives great shine and softness without greasiness. Great product.

  2. Was hoping for much more...

I was hoping to be able to use this milk as a leave in conditioner after washing and on a daily basis aswell to hydrate my curls. Unfortunatly this product did not give me the moisture I was hoping for (inone at all infact) and could not handle my frizz at all neither. I don't get why my hair does not respond good to this range (also tried the Jelly) coz everybody else seems to love these products... maybe my hair cannot cope with some of their main ingredients?

  3. Smells divine...

i really like this hair milk, it moistuizes and defines..except if i used it along with one of my all natural aloe vera gel it caused the milk to split and formed white stuff on my hair which had to be washed out, hence the 4 stars not 5.

  4. A weird one.

This conditioner is a nice light moisturiser with a pleasant peachy smell. My problem with it is that both bottles I've had seem to go a bit strange after about 4 months or so - consistency and smell go weird. It still works fine, but it's a bit odd. When fresh, it's good for me as a leave-in conditioner, but it's a bit hit and miss as a rinse-out. Not great - but not bad, and probably good for people with less dry hair.

  5. Great for moisture on 4a/b

Posted by Chima on 26th Aug 2010

This product offers great moisture underneath a creamy moisturiser or over a hair spritz. Alone like many Darcy's milks, it doesn't offer long lasting moisture. Don't let that put you off, it is by far Darcy's best milk and much better for the British climate as it is glycerin free and therefore its effects are more predictable and consistent than the glycerine based milks that Lysandra offers. If used as I suggest under a creamy moisturiser then I can get 2-3 days moisture on my dryness prone 4a/b hair. It smells great, like fresh peach perfume and can be used as a leave-in or a hair refresher, just be sure to seal in the moisture. Sealing it makes it mega moisturising. I seal with jojoba oil and my hair feels soft and fluffy. Unlike the glycerin products, this does not cause frizz, it does the opposite, your hair will curl under the moisture with that comes some shrinkage but that's to be expected. All in all this is a great product that will leave your hair happy. If there's one thing from this line I heartily recommend, it's this. It loses a star only because it does not last moisture wise on its own for more than a day.

  6. Big Surprise!

Posted by Unknown on 23rd Jun 2010

Well, I will openly admit I have gone through a great deal of hair products (my bank account will back me up on that one), but compared to the rest this reeeeally is something special!
I have type 3c/4a extremely thick hair, so I need a product that is moisturising and can hold definition for my many many curls. I actually got the trial size of this product sent with another order I made, and after smelling it I thought "why not?" to adding it to my twist out regime. And OMG, am I glad I did! I used it under the mixed chicks leave in conditioner, and I instantly noticed the difference to how defined, shiny, soft and healthy my curls looked in comparison to just using the mixed chicks. Sorry bank account, I've found another product to shell out for?

  7. Best Ever Conditioner

Posted by Floss on 20th Mar 2010

I love this product! It gives great slip and instantly softens my wet hair once it's massaged in. I also use it as a leave-in and my hair is frizz-free once dry and remains soft in between washes. It smells good too. I think I'm going to be buying this for a long time to come.

  8. Makes me want to eat my hair

Posted by TallGirl on 2nd Feb 2010

Firstly, the smell - its soooo good! Sweet peach, yum yum!

Secondly, its fantastic for scrunching out crunch and adding moisture (I'm a fine to medium 3a). I scrunch mine in to dry hair and it makes it so soft an silky I can barely keep my hands off it. Not too heavy or oily to add direct to dry hair, but can be used like a regular leave-in conditioner too.

    Definitely a keeper!

  9. Love Love Love it!

Posted by curlyhairmich on 30th Nov 2009

I totally love this stuff. The smell is gorgeous and it is not too heavy for my 3a fine hair. I use it on dry hair to help with getting 2nd day hair and also if I notice my hair is a little frizzy throughout the day I'll pop this on. The smell is lovely and peachy too. Bottle size is good as is the price. Well worth getting.
